New Speakers Series Inspires Inquisitive Minds

Story by Stacie Gaetz

Fall 2025

The City of Airdrie is pleased to present six opportunities to dive deeper into thought, explore lived experiences or lighten the mood with a laugh at Inspired Speakers.

“Inspired Speakers activates the new Inspire facility multi-purpose spaces,” says Daunia Del Ben, arts program coordinator.

“The speaker series offers the community an opportunity to be entertained by professional speakers within our own city.”

She adds that the City’s Arts, Programs and Events team researched the artists and their content by connecting with professional agents and viewing the artists.

“This round of successful speakers met the required theme and was in alignment with City of Airdrie values,” she says.

“For only $15, audience members get a reserved ticket to see high-calibre entertainment. The series brings motivational speakers and stand-up comedians. The content is meant to appeal to different interests and audiences, while maintaining the theme of inspiring inquisitive minds.”
