The City of Airdrie is supporting local businesses impacted by COVID-19 by launching a Temporary Outdoor Patio Space Program allowing the use of patios on City-owned public rights-of-way and within private commercial sites until Oct. 31, 2020.

Alberta has declared a Public Health Emergency to protect the health care system from COVID-19. In a press conference on Nov. 24, Premier Jason Kenney announced that all indoor social gatherings have now been banned. This ban will be enforced with $1,000 fines.
