ART of the Harvest 2025

Fall 2025

The ART of the Harvest 2025 event will be held on September 20, 2025. The event is free to the public and will start with the tractor pull at 10:00 am.  The other activities will begin at 10:30 am until 3:00 pm. The tractor pull will continue later into the afternoon.

The event is hosted by the Airdrie & District Agricultural Society (ADAS), and takes place at the ADAS land, located just 3 km west of Airdrie on Big Springs Road.  ART of the Harvest features demonstrations of old tyme harvesting, wagon rides, kids’ games, live music, food trucks and the annual Airdrie Antique Tractor Pull.  A vegetable harvest, from the garden planted by the ADAS and the Youth Volunteer Corps part of Volunteer Airdrie, is available for purchase with proceeds donated to the Airdrie Food Bank.

The ART of the Harvest event provides a great opportunity for guests of all ages to experience how farming happened in the past with the use of a threshing machine.  Those in attendance will also be able to dig their own potatoes, and carrots for purchase.  The event is cash only to purchase vegetables and to spend money at the Candy Store!

This year there will be a variety of animals for folks to see up close, including mini horses, goats, sheep, turkeys, ducks, rabbits, along with a live bee display.

The new addition for this year will be a Toy display from KT Diecast Toys. They carry a wide selection of toys as well as being a SpecCast Dealer. There will be many options to purchase toys of all kinds.

Tractor Pull competitors can register at 9:00 am or contact Tom Cers at 403-585-1509.  Keepsake items will be provided to all paid competitors and prizes will be awarded for first to third place in each weight class.

The planning committee is grateful to the local community for their overwhelming support of this year’s event and want to send a special shout out to our Platinum Sponsor DQ (Airdrie).

We look forward to seeing everyone on September 20. Please visit www.airdrieagsociety.com for more information.
