Bianca Tyrell is creating a meaningful impact in the world of health care. At the age of 26, Tyrell is currently studying to become a registered nurse at Mount Royal University while advocating for decolonization when it comes to Indigenous health.

In Airdrie, schools like AE Bowers, Ecole Airdrie Middle School, and Nose Creek Elementary are partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary and Area to offer incredible Teen Mentoring and In-School Mentoring programs.

Trevor Cameron has lived in Airdrie for 14 years and ran for council in 2010. The technical sales specialist says he is trying again because he wants to make the city a better place for his family and local residents.
