This creamy peanut butter, chocolate and banana overnight oats recipe is a great make ahead breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 banana, diced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar or container with lid, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate over night, or at least 40 minutes.
  3. To serve, add a drizzle of milk if needed, top with more diced banana, drizzle peanut butter, chopped nuts, shredded coconut. and or chocolate chips.
  4. Stays in the fridge for a few days.
