This creamy peanut butter, chocolate and banana overnight oats recipe is a great make ahead breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 – 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 banana, diced
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Instructions:
- In a mason jar or container with lid, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate over night, or at least 40 minutes.
- To serve, add a drizzle of milk if needed, top with more diced banana, drizzle peanut butter, chopped nuts, shredded coconut. and or chocolate chips.
- Stays in the fridge for a few days.
