Airdrie construction starts are trending upwards for 2021. First-quarter residential applications, including single family, duplex units and townhouse units, came in at 225 with one multifamily assisted-care facility with 126 units.
In comparison, 2020’s first quarter residential applications including single family, duplex units and townhouse units were 135 with no large multifamily applications.
