1. Share one specific personal or professional accomplishment that you believe qualifies you to represent Airdrie residents on Airdrie City Council.
One accomplishment I value most is my ongoing advocacy for schools and healthcare in Airdrie. I’ve worked alongside residents, school trustees, and provincial representatives to push for more classrooms and medical services to meet our growing needs. While the final decisions rest with the Province, I’ve made it a priority to ensure Airdrie’s voice is heard clearly and consistently. That persistence and focus on what matters most to families is something I would continue to bring to council.
2. What are your top three priorities and why?
Actually, I will give you my top four priorities:
Advocating for Seniors
I am committed to ensuring seniors have access to the support and services they need to live with dignity and independence. I will work to enhance healthcare accessibility, transportation options, and community programs for older adults. Protecting the well-being of seniors remains one of my top priorities.
Affordable Housing
I will continue to push for smart, sustainable housing solutions that keep homes within reach for working low-income families and individuals. I support policies that increase housing supply while preserving community character. Everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home.
Recreation
I believe recreation is vital for healthy, connected communities. I am dedicated to improving local parks, trails, and recreational facilities for all ages and abilities. Investing in recreation means investing in quality of life.
Responsible Growth
I support balanced development that respects the environment and the needs of existing neighborhoods. I advocate for infrastructure planning that keeps pace with growth, ensuring livable, vibrant communities. Responsible growth means building a future that works for.
