Over the past 10 years we have celebrated 334 women for their heart, determination, courage, leadership (now Mentor) and promise. To celebrate our 10th we added five more categories: Advocate, Athlete, Cultural Ambassador, Legacy and Workplace.

As Airdrie continues to grow and evolve, so too does the need for strong, community-focused leadership. With the upcoming municipal election on the horizon (October 20), we turned to you — our readers and fellow residents — to find out what matters most.
