Opulent Oasis

When I am working with buyers and listening to their wants and desires, I always get to a point of asking how they feel about looking at homes that may not have all the bling of a newer home, but will have a larger yard, mature trees, larger garages and a wider floor plan.

What a year so far…. Who isn’t interested in real estate right now?! In all that is going on in our world, it is very interesting to see where we are at today versus the beginning of the year.
