This summer marks the 40th year of live community theatre in Airdrie and, while there might not be a Meryl Streep or Tom Hanks in the bunch, and none of them will ever win an Oscar, but the Nose Creek Players are as fun and talented cast of characters as you’ll find just about anywhere.
Julia Bleichert, 19, is a graduate of W.H. Croxford High School, but she’s not wondering what to do with the rest of her life. Bleichert has been charting a career in dance, acting and singing from the age of three.
Aging is full of many milestones and an array of emotional ups and downs. Some of these include education, first ‘grown-up’ job, marriage, home purchase, children, grandchildren, divorce and death of loved ones.
