Driving forward

Welcome back to our annual roundup of men we admire. This year, we’ve got 11 men that show us that building a better community builds character. From personal triumphs to sharing their wealth of knowledge and expertise, these men have big dreams and even bigger hearts.

Nose Creek Elementary School exudes warmth with a giant "Welcome" greeting visitors. The school, located in Airdrie, is experiencing rapid growth, serving 660 students with more than 35 home languages. Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, the school sought to foster community and connection.

Our Awesome Airdrie Kids program wrapped up January 25 at Glitch Gaming Lounge with a fun party for nearly 100, including 20 of our Awesome award recipients plus their families.
