1. Share one specific personal or professional accomplishment that you believe qualifies you to represent Airdrie residents on Airdrie City Council.

One of my proudest accomplishments has been building NRG Fitness Inc., which has served Airdrie for nearly two decades, and using that platform to give back to the community. I created and hosted the first-ever NRG Fitness Wellness Fair, which not only supported local fitness and wellness businesses, but also raised donations for the Airdrie Food Bank while creating opportunities for collaboration among small businesses. In addition, I organized the inaugural NRG Fitness Hustle for Mental Health Father’s Day Run, raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health in partnership with the Thumbs Up Foundation. These initiatives combined my passion for wellness, my commitment to small business, and my dedication to addressing important community issues. For me, the greatest success has been supporting local charities, strengthening businesses, and helping families feel more connected and supported here in Airdrie.

2. What are your top three priorities and why?

Infrastructure & Growth Management: Airdrie is one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities, and our infrastructure—roads, recreation facilities, and public services—must keep pace. My priority is to ensure smart, sustainable growth that addresses traffic congestion, expands recreation opportunities, and supports community health.

Economic Development & Small Business Support: Small businesses are the backbone of Airdrie’s economy. I will advocate for policies that make it easier to do business here, attract investment, and create local jobs so families can live, work, and thrive in our city.

Community Health & Safety: I want Airdrie to be the healthiest and safest city in Alberta. That means supporting initiatives that promote mental health, recreation, green spaces, and strong partnerships with our RCMP and first responders. Safe, healthy communities are the foundation for a vibrant and connected Airdrie.
