Join us for a performance of New Blood on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Bert Church Theatre in Airdrie. A commemoration event for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

This powerful play celebrates Siksika (Blackfoot) history and traditions. It is inspired by the life of Chief Vincent Yellow Old Woman and his experience as a residential school survivor who went on to become Chief of Siksika Nation.

Tickets can be purchased at tickets.airdrie.ca. Indigenous guests are complimentary however still need to register a ticket. Non-Indigenous adults are $10 (18+) and youth are $5 (3-17).

Indigenous vendors will be on site when the doors open at 6:00 pm and the performance begins at 7:00 pm
