VENUE: NOSE CREEK REGIONAL PARK (main street) There is ample parking around the park. Will have volunteers guiding you to our pavilion for check in.

START TIMES:

ADULTS (Tethered) – 9AM 5km 24 Obstacles

Those who come alone, we will tether you with someone else who comes alone..not to worry you will get to know each other really quickly lol.

Preregistration info is below. If you cannot make it Friday, we will have a registration desk set up at Nose Creek Park starting at 8am. *Bring your registration confirmation and ID please*.

KIDS

Ages 11-13yrs -Start time 12pm 3-4km up to 20 obstacles

Ages 8-10yrs -Start time 1pm 2km up to 20 obstacles

Ages 4-7yrs – Start time 2pm 1km 14 obstacles

Remember this is a challenge and not a race, any obstacle you cannot do, you can go around them. SAFETY FIRST.

Please note.. for 2023, if you are able to pick up your race bib during pre-registration, you can show up 20 minutes before your start time at Nose Creek Park on the day of event. We intend to reduce any potential overcrowding so again if you are already checked in, got your bib and know your start time, coming 20 minutes before the start time is fine.

PARKING

There is free parking around the park.

PREREGISTRATION

We will be doing our pre-registration at our major sponsor’s facility (BracesPlus Orthodontics). Located at 705 Main St S #100, Airdrie on Friday May 12th from 4pm-6pm…to pick up your event swag and answer any last minute questions…Please try to get all you will need on this day . For those unable, we will have a registration tent set up on the day of the event for pick up. Expect a line up, so please try to come early.

SPECTATORS

We are spectator friendly.. Grandma, Grandpa, aunties, uncles, spouses, friends are welcome.

GEAR

Regular gym attire is ideal. Gloves and knee pads are also recommended.. We will have a pop up shop to purchase our Zulu swag (t-shirts, bandanas, hats)

WATER

We will have a water station centrally located.
