Fall for Flavours

We have three teams each bringing their own compelling reasons to participate and cheer each other on. In this issue we introduce you to our challengers and get an assessment of their starting status as we get ready to cheer them on for the next 12 weeks.

Recipes that can adapt to changing seasons or special occasions are something I love! Using your pantry to keep stocked up for basic recipes that you can adapt and play with can be both a space and money saver.

Cindy Bouwers’ nature-inspired paintings capture light and convey emotion to uplift and nurture the viewer. But the former teacher at the Alberta College of Art + Design (now Alberta University of the Arts) didn’t always allow herself to explore her creativity in this way.
