Alex Vermeersch has had a love for animals all her life. It’s why she’s volunteered so much of her time caring for them, or supporting organizations that help care for those that don’t have loving homes yet.

Shannon Hamel believes attitude is everything. As general manager at Airdrie Puppy Pals, Hamel does a little bit of everything. From team development and growing retail, to planning community events and working with clients, Hamel describes her role as “co-ordinating chaos.
