Egg & Cottage Cheese Toast with Hot Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1- 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 eggs
  • cottage cheese
  • Mike’s Hot Honey

Instructions:

  1. Cook 2 eggs to your liking. We pan fry 2 eggs sunny side up.
  2. Toast your bread.
  3. Top toast with cottage cheese and egg.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey and enjoy.
