Christina Gouldsborough was born and reared in a small farming community in Northern Ontario, which gave her a deep enthusiasm for the outdoors and a love of quiet, unpopulated places. In the early 2000s, Christina relocated to Airdrie, Alberta, to work and raise a family. She now maintains a home studio here. Agricultural lands and our stunning surroundings in Canada and abroad inspire her. Christina wants to capture our emotional feelings and profound connection to these beloved locations. Christina’s paintings exaggerate the sentiment and spiritual connection she felt while there, representing the locations and scenery she admires.
