williamstown

Williamstown is a new one-of-a-kind community in the northwest corner of Airdrie. Inspired by strong historic roots, this master planned community honours William McKenzie, a railway engineer who named the city of Airdrie. Preserving this rich heritage, Williamstown also protects the natural riches of the area. The first community of its kind in Airdrie, it has been carefully designed to minimize environmental impact on the 45 acre Environmental Reserve around Nose Creek - the heart and pulse of Williamstown.

A place like no other, experience gret views of big skies and over 60 acres of public open space. Enjoy the extensive pathway system with impressive trailheads, benches and interpretive signage. Explore kilometers of regional trails within the community that will connect to over 15 kilometers of regional trails throughout the City of Airdrie. Williamstown will also be home to a future school site, playgrounds, soccer fields, baseball diamonds and neighbourhood parks including one feature pond.
